Kind of like the Boars Head Tavern, but more Euridite, and with Comments

Evangel, A First Things Blog, has kicked off, and at first, it seems like BHT with a bunch of posts all kind of riffing on eachother, but they allow comments.  Also, the bloggers are all among the more (in)famous of their ilk, rather than the (mostly, sorry Imonk) unknown bloggers at BHT

    As one of the unknown and uneuridite bloggers at the BHT, I’m flattered that people even think to make the comparison with Evangel. ;-)

    But seriously: “like the BHT, only with well-known big-hitters and with comments” is just another way of saying “completely unlike the BHT”. I’d compare Evangel to the other big evangelical group blogs like T4G and so on.

    Evangel is welcome to the title ‘euridite’. Whatever that is. I’m sure their euridition is without equal. The BHT is pleased to retain the title ‘erudite’, however, tyvm.
